The SIM Card owner is required to visit one of Rightel Customer Service Centers or sale and services dealers and present valid identification document (national ID card, Birth Certificate with national ID code or passport by foreigners) along with SIM Card documents and its frame, if they need to replace their SIM Card.
As directed by the CRA, SIM Card owners are required to have an identification OTP to carry out a purchase or get services at Customer Service Centers or dealers. Therefore, applicants must have a SIM Card from other carriers in addition to the mentioned documents, when visiting Rightel Customer Service Centers or dealers.

RighTel subscribers can transfer their SIM Card ownership to another person if they wish to do so. After the process is complete, the ownership rights of the transferor is revoked and the transferee is regarded as the new owner.

Applicants who do not have a SIM Card or RighTel Subscribers, bringing the documents will suffice.

If the SIM Card owner pass away, his legal lawyer may refer to one of Rightel Customer Service Centers for SIM Card transfer with the following documents:
• Certificate of exclusive inheritance
• Power of Attorney, if all of the heirs are not present at the Customer Service Centers, the attorney should be delegated to one of heirs by others. (Also, if the heirs are under age, providing letters of administration is nessesary)
Note: It should be considered that the authority limit assigned to the lawyer, have been clearly stated in the power of attorney.
