Data Activation & Deactivation Guide

Get and install Internet and multimedia messaging “MMS” settings on tablets and smartphones is based on the operating system of these devices and do not change according to the brand and device type. Devices with similar operating system and brands have the same settings. For information about the type and version of the operating system installed on your smartphone, you can refer to your device Setting / About Device option.

Note: Due to the difference between Android operating system’s User interfaces “UI” on different phones, there is a possibility of minor changes to settings of some devices as compared to the displayed images.

1- First select “Settings”.

2- From “Settings” menu, select “SIM Cards & mobile network” option.

3- From the available options, enable “mobile data”.

2-In “Settings” menu, enable “Connections”.

3- Select “Data usage”.

4- In “Data usage”, enable “Mobile data”.

3- In (Networks & Wireless) Select (Mobile Networks).

4- In (Data Package Use) you can enable or disable data usage.

* in some models of HTC phones, after step 2 you can use (Mobile Network) to enable or disable the data usage.

1- First select “Settings” then select “Cellular”.

2- You can enable or disable your data service via the Cellular Data.

Note: The Cellular Icon in versions 10 & 11 of this operating system has changed as follows.

1- First go to “Settings” and then select “Cellular”.

2- Via Cellular Data option, you can enable or disable your data service.

1- First select (Setting), then select (Mobile Data) option.

2- In (Mobile Data) you can enable or disable data usage.

1- Go to “Settings” and then tap “Cellular”.

3- To activate the data, select Rightel from the available options, and to deactivate it, tap “Off”. You can also select the “Activate data” from the widgets page.
