Connecting to the RighTel network guide
Get and install Internet and multimedia messaging “MMS” settings on tablets and smartphones is based on the operating system of these devices and do not change according to the brand and device type. Devices with similar operating system and brands have the same settings. For information about the type and version of the operating system installed on your smartphone, you can refer to your device Setting / About Device option.
✔ The RighTel network connection guide for tablets with different operating systems is similar to those operating systems.
Note: Due to the difference between Android operating system user interface (UI) on different phones, there is a possibility of minor changes to some phones settings as compared to displayed images.
1-First select “Settings”.
2- From “Settings” menu, select “SIM Cards & mobile networks” option.
3- Select RighTel SIM Card.
4- By clicking on “Preferred network type”, the supported network mode of your device is displayed. To use RighTel third generation network (3G), “3G only” or “Prefer 3G” and the fourth generation network (LTE) select LTE / 3G / 2G (auto connect) or “Prefer LTE”.
5- In the case of referring to “Mobile networks” submenu and selecting “Automatically select network”, and the device fails to find RighTel network, via “Select manually”, after completing the search, select “RighTel”. On some devices, you must select “RighTel 4G” option to select the RighTel 4G network, and “RighTel 3G” to select the RighTel 3G network.
Note1: For searching RighTel networks manually, finding each communication generations depends on your presence in areas covered by RighTel network.
Note2: In the case of using international roaming service, select the destination operator from displayed operators by choosing “Search Network”.
Note: Due to the difference between Android operating system user interface (UI) on different phones, there is a possibility of minor changes to some phones settings as compared to displayed images.
1- First select “Applications”, then select “Settings”.
2-In “Settings” menu, enable “Connections”.
3- Select “Mobile networks”.
4- By clicking on “Network mode” according to the list, the supported networks of your device will be displayed. For using RighTel third-generation select “3G only” and “LTE / 3G / 2G” (auto connect) for using RighTel fourth-generation.
5- In the case of referring to “Network operators” submenu and selecting “Select automatically”, if the device did not succeed in finding the network, select “select manually” and after completion of search, choose “RighTel”. On some devices, for choosing RighTel 4G network, the “RighTel 4G” and for RighTel 3G network, the “RighTel 3G” should be selected.
Note1: For searching RighTel networks manually, finding each communication generations depends on your presence in areas covered by RighTel network.
Note2: In the case of using international roaming service, select the destination operator from displayed operators by choosing “Search Network”.

On some devices, RighTel 4G must be selected for 4G network and for RighTel 3G network the RighTel 3G must be selected.

6- If you can’t find the RighTel by selecting the automatic option, select “search mode” and “manual” from the opened menu, and select the RighTel after the end of the search. On some devices, RighTel 4G must be selected for 4G network and for RighTel 3G network select the RighTel 3G.

1- From “Menu” or Apps “applications”, select “Settings” option..1-
2- Select “Mobile Networks”.
Note: \r\n Due to brand and model of the phone, ‘Mobile Networks’ option may be available sub-menu the “More” option.
3- Select “Network mode” option.
Note: \r\n According to the brand and model of the phone, instead of the “Network mode” option, there may be ” use only 2G networks ” option by deactivating this option “pick up bullet library” connecting to higher networks is possible.
4- To select the third-generation “3G” network, select WCDMA “preferred” / GSM or Automatic 3G & 2G, and select LTE “preferred” / WCDMA / GSM or Automatic 4G & 3G & 2G to select the LTE “fourth generation” network.
5- Select “Network Operator” and from the menu that opens, select the “Select Automatically” option.
6- If you can’t find the RighTel by selecting “Select Automatically” option, select “Search Networks” manually and choose RighTel from the menu that opens.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- First select “Settings” and then select “Cellular”.
2- In Cellular Data, select Voice & Data option.
3- To use the third generation, select 3G and to use the 4G select the LTE option.
4- Then go back to the setting menu, select the Cellular again, and then select Network Selection from the Carrier window.
5- If you cannot find the RighTel network in the “Automatic” mode, turn off the Automatic. Select IRN 20 or RighTel from among available options.
Note: : If you are using an international roaming service, by selecting the (Search Network), select the destination operator from the displayed operators.
Note: The Cellular Icon in versions 10 & 11 of this operating system has changed as follows.
1- First go to “Settings” and then select “Cellular”.
2- In Cellular Data Options, select Voice & Data option.
3- To use the 3rd Generation, select the 3G option and for 4G network, select LTE option.
4- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.
5- If you can’t find the RighTel network in the “Automatic” mode, turn off Automatic option. Use from existing options, RighTel or IRN 20.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.

2- In “Voice & Data”, to use the 3rd Generation, select 3G option and to 4G network, select LTE option
3- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.
4- If you can’t find the RighTel network in the “Automatic” mode, turn off Automatic option. Use from existing options, RighTel or IRN 20.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.

2- Enable 3G option.
3- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.
4- If you can’t find the RighTel network in the “Automatic” mode, turn off Automatic option. Use from existing options, RighTel or IRN 20.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- First select “Setting”, and then select “General”.
2-Select “Cellular” option.
3- Enable 3G option.
4- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.
5- If you can’t find the RighTel network in the “Automatic” mode, turn off Automatic option. Use from existing options, RighTel or IRN 20.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- Go to “Settings”, and then tap “Cellular”.
2- Select “Rightel” in Cellular section.
3- Tap “Voice & Data”.
4- To use RighTel’s 3G network, tap “3G” and to use 4G tap “LTE”.
5- Go back to Settings > Cellular and tap “Network Selection”.
6- If do not find the Rightel network in Automatic mode, turn OFF “Automatic” and select RighTel or IRN 20 from the available options.
In case of using international roaming service, tap “Search Networks” and select the destination operator from the displayed operators.
1- Select “General” option.
2- Select Network option.
3- Set the Enable 3G to ON mode.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- First select “Setting”, and then select “Cellular”.
2- In “Voice & Data”, to use the 3rd Generation, select 3G option and to 4G network, select LTE option
3- Then go back to Settings menu, select Carrier option.
4- If you can’t find the RighTel network in the “Automatic” mode, turn off Automatic option. Use from existing options, RighTel or IRN 20.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
Phones with this operating system often detect the network in most cases, but if this is not done, do the following:
1- Select “Settings” button.
2- Select “Mobile Network”.
3- Select “Network Selection” option.
4- From the menu that opens, select RighTel or IRN20.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- Enter to Start menu, select “Setting” option.
2- Enter “Phone” sub-menu.
3- On the Network tab, select Automatic for Network selection.
4- If you select Manual in the Network section, you can manually select RighTel.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- First select the Settings option from the shortcut bar.
2- Select “Network Connections”.
3- Then select “Mobile Network”.
4- In the “Network Mode” select “3G” option.
5- In the “Network Selection Mode” section, select “Manual” then “Scan” option.
6- Select RighTel as shown below.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- First from the all menu, select the Settings option.
2- Enter the Mobile Network section.
3- Select Automatic option for Network selection.
4- Select 2G & 3G option.
5- If you selected Manual in the Mobile Network section, you can select RighTel as shown below.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- By entering the Menu section, select Settings.
2- Select Mobile network option.
3- The Network Selection option can be set to Automatic or Manual. If the Automatic mode is selected, the RighTel network will be automatically selected.
4- If you selected Manual option, select the RighTel operator as shown below.
Note: If you are using an International Roaming Service, select the preferred destination operator from the displayed operators’ list by selecting “Search Network”.
1- Select Settings option by entering the Menu.
2- Select “Connectivity”.
3- Select “Network” option.
4- Select “Network Mode” option.
5- Now you can select one of the Dual Mode or UMTS options.
6- After selecting Operator Selection, select Automatic from the menu.
7- If you can’t find the RighTel network by selecting the automatic option, select Manual, and then select the IR 20 option or RighTel from the menu that opens.
