RighTel subscribers (Postpaid and prepaid) can replace Conventional beep tone, and give your callers the chance of listening to favorite piece of music or the selected song in the waiting time of connection. You can use different types of music ranging from classic, traditional, pop, soundtrack, TV Series, etc., from Rinavaz collection.

Rinavaz Application

After installing Rinavaz Application with the registration RighTel number in Software, you can activate your Rinavaz service. Due to not supporting of Google service, using of this Rinavaz application version is not possible on devices with Android 4 and lower.

Rinavaz only stores the data it needs to function properly and provide the reliable service.

Contacts

Rinavaz uses phone numbers as unique identifiers and we ask your permission before syncing your contacts. It is your right to keep your contact number confidential.

Update mechanism

Upon releasing any new version, the update will be automatically available to our users and never distract our users.

Account Management System

To register Rinavaz service, refer to Account Management System (e-care) and activate the Rinavaz service in "My Products". After receiving the activation SMS containing the password refer to Rinavaz portal and enjoy the service.

You can also send "ON RBT" to 2020 SMS service and active your Rinavaz.

Cost

The cost of purchasing each Rinavaz Song is maximum IRR 3,000 and this amount is paid for using this service for a specific period of time. There will be no monthly, activation and change of settings costs for the subscribers.
The cost of purchasing Rinavaz is deducted from credit of prepaid subscribers and for postpaid subscribers, it will be added to their bill.

Note: each Rinavaz is valid for a period of 30 days. If the subscribers do not take any action to terminate Rinavaz at the end of each period, it will be extended for another period.

Rinavaz Service is one of the most RighTel attractive services, that RighTel subscribers (Postpaid and prepaid) can replace Conventional beep tone. By this service give your callers the chance of listening to favorite piece of music or the selected song in the waiting time of connection. RighTel subscribers can search and select different types of music ranging from classic, traditional, pop, soundtrack, TV Series, etc., from Rinavaz collection.
Note: Rinavaz settings are saved on the RighTel mobile phone network and is not related with mobile phone settings. It’s also possible to use the service on phones that can support the third-generation mobile phone network, and the model or mobile features do not care about the use of this service.A Summary of Services

Cost

Rinavaz Application

Rinavaz Application
After you have installed the Rinavaz application, you can activate Rinavaz service by registering your RighTel number in the application.
Account Management System
To register Rinavaz service, refer to Account Management System (ecare.rightel.ir) and activate the Rinavaz service in “My Products”. After receiving the activation SMS containing the password, refer to rbt.rightel.ir and enjoy the service.
SMS system
You can also send “ON RBT” to 2020 SMS service and active your Rinavaz.

Song purchase

Application
After installing the Rinavaz application, you can listen to the Rinavaz by entering the key number and logging into the application, and purchase the preferred song by choosing the purchase option inserted under each Rinavaz.
Internet (WEB)
After signing up for the account management system, by entering the “user name” and “password”, refer to the Rinavaz service link. You can listen to the existing Rinavaz and choose your favorite Rinavaz.

You can order Rinavaz by SMS, by sending SMS to 2030.

Play modes

Single – Play
Single play mode is automatically selected for all subscribers. In this case, only one song is played for all callers. Songs are stored in your album, respectively, and the last downloaded Rinavaz are played as default.

Multi – Play
In multi – Play mode, you can select multi Rinavaz for different callers.
Note: Immediately after the end of validity period of the last active Rinavaz on your line, RighTel will automatically proceed to extend the last song for a similar period (with price of the day). If you do not want to renew the Rinavaz service before the end of its validity period, take action to remove it. Keep in mind that if you renew your Rinavaz service on line, the cost of re-activating it will be deducted from your credit or will be added to your Postpaid SIM Card bill.

Search in the Rightel Rinavaz Portal

There are hundreds of songs on the Rinavaz Portal that you can listen to them for free and if you want, buy them. The Search for purchased Rinavaz is based on one of the following methods:

Name of the work owner
The song’s name
The song code

It is worth mentioning that the ability to audio search to text in Persian is added to facilitate search for the song to Rinavaz application. Its features are as follows:

Searching for a song, singer, album or intended phrase without typing is possible.
Learning the accent of users by this application, which, with every use, optimizes itself with the language and expression type of each user.
Ability to audio search that users do not need to set the specific setting for selecting the Persian language as default.

By playlists setting, you’ll be able to use multi-play modes, which means you can set different lists for different times and different callers, including one or more songs.
Note that if you select several songs, play will be random. This means that in each call, one of the songs in the set list is selected by the system. To set each playlist, the type of playlist type, the number of playlists and the play time must be specified.
Note: The authorized format for number is 98**********.

1. Playlist type:
You can set different Rinavaz for different callers. For each playlist, one of the following options is customizable:

Personal Playlist: Use this list to select a dedicated Rinavaz for a specific number in each playlist. As such, when a call comes from that number, the person will hear the caller, the song, or the selected Rinavaz.
- Log in to My Rinavaz »Selecting a New Mode» Refer to Specifying Friends »Selecting Your personal Rinavaz » Adding the preferred number with the format 98 ********** »Finally, select the Save option.
Group playlist: : A list that is defined for a group of callers, and when one of the group members contacts you, the selected Rinavaz or more Rinavaz will be played for that group.
- Log in to My Rinavaz »Select New Mode» Refer to Specify Friends »Select Rinavaz Group» Add Preferred Folders »At the bottom select the Save option.
Default playlist: If you have not set any playlists or specific songs for any of the caller’s numbers, the track or tracks set to this list will be played.
- Login to My Rinavaz section »Refer to the section for modifying the default mode. Drag the custom Rinavaz from the Rinavaz section to this section. Finally, select the Save option.

2. One or more Rinavaz:
In each playlist, one or more different Rinavaz are adjustable. If a few Rinavaz are selected, one of them will be randomly play to the caller.

Log in to My Rinavaz »Refer to the Changes section in the default mode.” Drag one or more favorite pre-purchased Rinavaz to this section “and then select the Save option.

3. Playtime:
You can adjust the Rinavaz to be played only at certain times.

Login to My Rinavaz »Refer to the Changes section in each of your personal, group, default settings» Refer to the time section “Select the preferred time period daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, special” and at the end of the selection, Save option

4. Non-playlist:
The “non-play Rinavaz” list is used when the subscriber tends to have the active Rinavaz service but not play to everyone. People in this loud voice list … hear the normal beep of the network beep.

Log in to My Rinavaz »Refer to the section on making changes in the Track Status section, selecting a name, referring to the section for specifying friends and, if necessary, setting the time to visit the time setting section, and then selecting the Save option.
